Hi, I’m Jessica — a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, RMT, and the heart behind Balanced Therapies. I believe healing happens best when you feel safe, understood, and supported. My treatments are gentle, calming, and deeply individualized, focusing on the whole person rather than just one area of pain.

I’m passionate about helping clients who feel like they’ve “tried everything” or haven’t found answers. I work with the nervous system, fascia, organs, fluid flow, and structure to uncover the root of your symptoms, whether that’s digestive discomfort, chronic pain, pelvic or hip issues, headaches, lymphatic congestion, or stress-related tension.

As my practice continues to grow, I am shifting into MOT-only care to offer clients more specialized treatment, longer sessions, and comprehensive follow-ups.
